Shipping Information

Please note we ship orders using Royal Mail, Fedex,  and DHL. Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will automaticallly Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed nor modified.Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships.

*PROCESSING TIMES FOR ALL ORDERS ARE APPROXIMATELY THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.(NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) AS OUR BUNDLES ARE MADE FROM RAW PRODUCTS THAT ARE CUSTOM WEFTED AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED .  Please note for sales processing times can take up to 7 business days.Once your order is processed, orders arrive within the time frame below that is selected at checkout. 


  • Royal Mail Next Day (UK ORDERS ONLY Approx. 1-2 Business Days).
This service guarantees next day delivery before 1pm (from the date we dispatch).This service also provides full online tracking meaning customers are able to see exactly when and where your order was posted, all the locations in between (whilst in Royal Mail's transit), and also delivery confirmation once signed for by the recipient. Royal Mails Special Delivery Guaranteed will also cover the sender/ recipient compensation cover up to 500 GBP in the event of loss or damage to your parcel which is ideal for valuable items.
  • International Express (Approx. 2-5 Business Days)
Here we will use direct couriers to deliver international goods within 2-5 days after your tracking number has been sent. Depending on your country of origin, our main couriers include Fedex and DHL. Relevant tracking information will be emailed to the recipient once the courier has been booked, giving you a two to three day window to expect your order.

    International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

    Tracking Numbers Will Be Emailed To You Once Your Order Has Been Processed.

     Before placing an order it is important and the responsibility of the customer to read through our terms and conditions. Once an order has been placed, we will assume that you fully accept our terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

    Please do not book any appointments or make any arrangement till you receive your hair as we will not be held responsible Though we endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all our services; because we rely on a third party to deliver our goods, inevitably there may be delays in postage in the minority of cases. In these events we will do our very best to keep you informed and get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
