When Will My Order Ship?
PROCESSING TIMES FOR ALL ORDERS ARE APPROXIMATELY THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. Please note this does not include weekends. Once your order is processed, orders arrive within the time frame below that is selected at checkout.

What currency are prices in?
All prices are  in GBP if you are paying in an alternative currency please convert the currency into your own 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The e-mail will contain shipment details along your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email. If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please email info@cheveuxsecrets.com

Can Hair Extensions be returned or Exchanged?
Due to Sanitary/Health concerns and regulations, there are no returns on our Human Hair Extensions.
Due to the nature of our products (raw hair cut from single donor), all items are custom made to order and are non-refundable. All sales are final. Be rest assured, we take quality control very seriously- we inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipping to our customers. If you have any issue with your extensions email are team right away as we are more than happy to assist.
 We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law. Under very rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized. *Please see our return/exchange policy under the contact us tab for more information
I've already placed my order can I change it?
To insure expedited delivery all orders are processed daily. Unfortunately, once your payment is complete orders cannot to be modified. If you want to modify your order please try and contact the team and they will advise the next steps.

What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
 Lets start with the true definition of virgin hair because it’s very important:
Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never been chemically or mechanically manipulated.   
Raw hair is by true definition virgin hair. However the hair industry has been flooded with all types of hair that the word “raw” needed to be incorporated to properly differentiate between real virgin hair “raw” and processed virgin hair.
The main advantages to having Pure Raw Virgin Hair are as follows:
  • Fuller bundles
  • Higher quality and longer lasting hair
  • Natural looking and flowing hair that blends with all hair types
  • Cuticle aligned hair. No matting
  • No chemical processing
  • Hair is purely from one person no blended lengths or hair additives.

When I place my order from the Raw Indian or Raw Cambodian collection, can I request a wave pattern?
The hair that we offer in the Raw Cambodian collection is completely raw, untouched natural human hair. This means that the hair was not manipulated to create a uniformed wave pattern. The wave pattern will primarily have a slight wave.  If you would like a specific pattern please contact the team before ordering.
What does single donor mean?
This means that each bundle of hair is collected from one person’s head.
 
What is Thicker Cambodian Hair or Indian hair?
Our Indian hair is slightly coarser than Cambodian hair therefore creating a thicker look. Our Cambodian hair is also thick however slightly less coarse therefore creating a sleek look.

  However, both will blend with all ethnicities and hair origins to include African American natural and Relaxed hair.

How much hair do I need?
  • 12″ TO 16” TWO BUNDLES
  • 18” TO 22″ THREE BUNDLES
  • 24” AND UP FOUR BUNDLES

Can I colour my extensions to bleach or use hot tools on my extensions?
You can absolutely treat your new hair just as you would your own. Since our hair is completely unprocessed one of the major benefits is you can colour, cut, curl or straighten it any style you desire.
*Please note for colouring we always recommend hiring a professional to prevent damaging 
Does the hair pattern change after being washed or conditioned?
Our hair is 100% pure and unprocessed meaning that no chemicals or steam has been used to manipulate the hair from it’s natural form. The hair shown in the online photos in their air dried and brushed all natural out state.
Once the hair has been washed and/or conditioned the hair natural textures will appear. 
How long will my hair extension last?
Your hair is guaranteed to least you at least 3 years .To ensure that you our protecting your investment, Cheveux Secrets provides a hair care maintenance guide on with all orders to make sure that you get the most out of your beautiful virgin hair.
Can I cut my wefts?
We advise that you don’t cut your weft, unless you absolutely need to. If you do cut your weft, tell your Hair Stylist to seal your weft so as to prevent shedding, however it does not guarantee to stop the shedding completely. An example of a sealant could be any fabric sealant or fabric glue.
Bleached Knots? 
     What are Bleached knots? Bleached Knots is a service feature that we now offer for lace closures and lace frontals only  that allows the appearance of the lace closure and or lace frontal to already have a natural appearing lace and scalp illusion. Bleaching the knots will make the lace transparent reflecting whatever skin stone that you are underneath, making it ready to install already appearing natural. 

What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?

A closure covers the top front part of your head.  It is designed to cover the section of your head where your part will be and is often glueless. The bigger the closure, the more part coverage you have.  We carry 4 “by 4” and 5” by 5” Closures. All of our lace products are made with luxury Swiss lace. 

A lace frontal covers the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear.  Frontals have a dimension of 13 inches to 4 inches. The versatility of frontals are endless because you are able to part it in any direction.#
